Extended Access Hub

The Extended Access Hub are services managed by the Confederation. It enables patients to see a variety of clinicians outside of core service hours. Patients can book appointments between 18.30 and 20.30 Monday to Friday and 08.00 and 20.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments are offered at a choice of three hubs, one located in the north of the borough, one in the centre and one in the south.

Patients can book into any hub of their choice by speaking to their registered GP surgery or by calling the 111 service when their surgery is closed. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service to patients who are not registered with a GP In the Hillingdon area.

The three locations are:

Eastcote Health Centre Hub, Abbotsbury Gardens, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 1TG

Weekdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm; Saturdays 12pm - 4pm; Sunday 12pm - 4pm

HESA Primary Care Centre, 52 Station Road, Hayes UB3 4DD

Saturdays 4pm - 8pm

Uxbridge Health Centre Hub, George Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UB
Weekdays 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Saturdays 8am – Noon
Sunday 4pm - 8pm

This is an appointment only service and patients will receive a text message reminder for their appointment; we ask that if for any reason patients can’t attend that they cancel their appointment by calling 0208 226 6546 or by texting back ‘cancel’ to the message.

When We Are Closed

If you need urgent assistance or advice outside of normal surgery hours please call 111. Calls are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a life threatening emergency you should call 999

NHS 111 Online
